The Oriental Legazpi
8/10 Good
"Clean but rooms dated. Shower was small not enough hot water. Pool was good but had trouble getting towels. View of Mayon is superb. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was nice. Overall worth it for view and pool and breakfast buffet"

"Our stayed in your hotel was amazing. Everything is perfect."

The Avenue Plaza Hotel

"Naga City is a smaller city compared to a Manila, but if you find yourself here and are looking for a clean, professional, smaller-sized hotel, then this is the one for you. I'm from Los Angeles and had to be in Naga for a week. I knew I had to do lots of work while in town and this hotel was the perfect choice. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The internet was fast. The rooms clean and quiet. They even have a great big conference room you can rent. I booked it and had an impromptu free workshop about AI for the local Filipinos. And the surrounding block had enough restaurants (and Starbucks!) to make a quick trip out between meetings so convenient. The breakfast buffet doesn't have much typical American breakfast foods, but I loved the Filipino breakfast each morning. Lastly, the gym we're allowed to use as hotel guests called the Surge, is top-notch! Overall, if you're an American on business looking for and American-equivalent hotel, you've found it."

The Marison Hotel
4/10 Poor
"The room was very poorly designed and furnished. The bed was too short, not a normal length; there were no shelfs or drawers to put clothing into; the closet was so dark the safe was useless; the shower was difficult to use and caused a flood; and in general the room was unattractive and cold - very uninviting."

UMA Hotel and Residences
8/10 Good
"This hotel was really lovely to stay at. We were here for 6 nights. The room was always cleaned and topped up with bathroom essentials. Each afternoon we had lovely sweet treats also left in our room. Breakfast was delicious and it was easy to ask for eggs to be cooked to our liking. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would have a little complain about was the air-conditioning, it just wasn't cool enough in our room, but that could be a personal thing, which is why I gave a four star instead of a five star.
Thank you for a lovely stay."

Fernando's Hotel
4/10 Poor
"I booked 3 rooms and 1 room is pretty small so I upgraded one. The door knobs are so hard to open, these are important to the tourists. There’s cockroaches in one room. The piano needs to be tuned up. The food selections are not that long but half of the list is not available especially the local food selections. These should be fully stocked than the international food. "

PROXY by The Oriental Albay
6/10 Okay
"Spacious room, though oddly shaped. It's beside a river or creek, so if it's warm or sunny, you can smell it (and it's not pleasant at all) when you open your window or go outside. Given the amenities and condition of the facilities, it seems a bit pricey for what you'd get. I'd still be okay to stay here again if needed but I think I could find another hotel with better value around the area."
