"Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "

Poorest '"breakfast"- ever seen in any country ! No sausages ..NOT Even any Cereal or Cornflakes....

"Staff at hotel is very welcoming and friendly. From the security opening the door and greeting, to the desk staff being friendly and welcoming and the bell boy as well, respectful and friendly. The room was fairly basic. Its along the main road in Dhaka, and the small window in the bathroom allowed plenty of noise to come in overnight. The hotel's phone number provided by expedia did not work, it took some work to find their phone number. The room has wifi, it's clean. Standard western...

"This was my first staying in this hotel when visiting from the USA. Its a nice hotel and staff is friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room with window view when i came to find out the room i booked with expedia didnt have a window. So the staff are very proactive and helpful. will def stay again"
