"Staff was extremely customer service oriented. Everyone made it easy for we mono-lingual Americans in that they all spoke good English. Close to airport. Room clean and nice fruit basket provided. We asked for an early boxed breakfast and as we had early morning flight and it was delicious. Only down side was a rip-off airport shuttle service that was 10 times what it cost on the street"

"AC did not work. Finally was changed to another room. AC did not work in that room either. At restaurant, BIG cockroach running down glass near table and across floor. WIFI weak, very slow (like dial-up) and dropped off more than once. Property has potential, but greater attention to details would be helpful."

"At the time of check-in there was a issue with the number of guests booked. The same was sorted by hotel staff however a call to website Hotels.com from where room was booked had worst experience of mine . Inspite of informing him about ISD call , the hotels.com executive kept on hold for 15 mins till my phone balance was over and then no response from hotels.com. is is professional to keep your customer hanging at a different country and shrug yoirslef of responsibilities.
