Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential - Downtown Little Rock

2/10 Terrible

"We stayed 4 nights. 3 of those nights the hotel lost power, fire alarms activated and we had to be evacuated in the middle of the night, up and down 6 flights of stairs for 3 nights in a row. Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Just an unpleasant hotel sleeping experience, especially since we came from out of town for my college graduation."

"This place was quiet as it was far enough away from the interstate and highways yet took about 5-10 minutes to get to W’Mart, Lowe’s, restaurants and fast food places. As for my room, it was well kept and clean. It did have a bit of a musty smell, probably due to the carpet or possibly the AC filter needed changing. The breakfast was good and consisted of eggs, fried potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereals, apples & bananas, coffee and juices. I just don’t like them taking a picture of my drivers license and keeping it on file. There is too much fraud going on with that sort of thing. Because of that, I probably won’t be staying with them again."

"I only stay at this hotel out of convenience. It’s falling apart, the rooms are not clean, and our room didn’t go below 75. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are half pillows. I didn’t even know they made those. Also, the staff is less than thrilled to check in guests. If you can avoid this hotel, do."

"The staff is AMAZING!!! I would have been able to give 5 stars across the entire review but the Resort is under going a $60 Million renovation phase that I had no knowledge of when I booked it. I will return when the remodel is complete. The Bath house was a great relaxing experience. I’m excited to return and experience the grandeur of this fine resort."
