The location is not that close to downtown. The dog run was small. I liked that they provided tools to cleanup after your dog. The kitchen was great, room was spacious.

Cute motel, great value!

Very clean room . Nice vintage motel vibe. Renovated room. Couple of minor things, air conditioner was a bit complicated to adjust and I never did the TV to work , it seemed be be stuck on the Roku input and wanted me to sign in. .? Very quiet neighborhood.

This is a renovated old-time motor inn. Our room was very clean with nice towels and bedding. The room is small so if you are planning on hanging out in your room a lot this may not be the place for you. It's about 10- 15 minute walk to downtown, which is perfectly safe, but not very picturesque.

Gold-Inn was a very cozy place to stay in Hot Springs! Beds were comfy and the conveniences nearby are easily accessible. The owners responded quickly to our need for towels and the staff was very kind and gave us useful info without having to ask!

I have been so grateful. This has been a wonderful start the property is on point with its advertising, no photo shopped photos it truly is a true representayion of what it shows on-line. They have been kind and the process has been relaxing.

Nicely renovated motor hotel.

The property is an older motor hotel that’s been renovated. Quiet and located just north of city center. We stayed in the cottage (#16), and found the accommodations met our needs for our short stay. Would stay here again.

The room was not as advertised, all rooms in pictures show rooms that are spacious, but our room had maybe 2 feet in each direction of the bed. Will not book again, as we didn't stay the night.

It was so very convenient to the Hot Sprongs National Park and main Hot Springs tourist attraction that you could walk. Only drawback that the staff is not on the property. If you have a problem you need to make phone calls to reach the staff. So if there was a emergency you would be out of luck. It took a few tries to get ahold of staff, but did get a response after several minutes.

We were so happy we chose this property for our quick getaway to Hot Springs. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and very cute. The property was close to downtown and very convenient. From the outside, it looked a little rundown, but our room was very nice, and the price was extremely reasonable.

Stayed in Unit 12 (king room) on our way through town. Bedroom was small but spotless! Bathroom had been recently renovated with a cool lighted mirror and was the cleanest of any place I’ve ever payed to stay. Quiet and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again!
