"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear outdoor space, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photos. Basically a dormitory-style place for young skiiers and not much else."

"Hotel is quite old sadly and woukd need a refurbishment. Hotel staff does not speak english at all. The brekfast was pretty much ok, the spa is aging and would need a refurbusihment. Location is good to go do some hikes in the area."

"Habitación con los enchufes mal distribuidos, las lamparitas de noche estaban de adorno y no se podían enchufar, pues faltaban enchufes en la pared. Si querias poner la calentadora del agua para hacerte un te de cortesia, se tenia que enchufar en el suelo o en el W.C. La bañera sin tapón para que no puedas llenarla y darte un baño después de una jornada de caminata por la montaña. No había toallas en el cuarto de baño se tuvieron que pedir. "We booked this hotel because it had a nice pool and stunning views of the Pyrenees. The day we arrived it was raining and so the outdoor pool was closed and for some reason we were not allowed to use the indoor pool. Despite this, the food was fabulous and the staff very courteous."
