"The room was always well kept and cleaned twice daily, with free supplies of bottled water and 2 chocolates accompanied by a note wishing you well every night, nice touch. Sunbathing area is vast, during November uninterrupted sun from other buildings 12-3pm. All the staff were courteous and respectful. "

"Stayed here during my birthday week, and it was such a wonderful experience! The hotel was beautifully put together — every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast each morning was super fresh and absolutely delicious — easily one of the highlights of the stay. And don’t even get me started on the fresh-squeezed juices — they were perfection! The only small downside was that our room was on the 41st floor, and we could hear the club music every night. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a fantastic stay that made my birthday week even more special. Would definitely come back!"

"All the staff are so helpful and polite at the hotel, especially Ali, Mehera, Roshan and Nadeem. All the staff are also so professional, polite and kind - also especially the ladies who work in the restaurant area. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. It’s great value for money and very close, within walking distance of Al Jadaf metro station. Would absolutely recommend as it’s a fantastic hotel- great for families. "
