"It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that!
