The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property.
