Distant parking lot due to “structural issues” of ramp. A/C was poor. Staff were friendly enough and accommodating
I loved the pool, It was 8-9 feet. Which is very fun to swim in. The rooms were spacious and everything was neat and comfortable. We didn't really talk with staff but they seemed nice as we were checking-in.

Lovely, spacious sparkling clean room, but very strange heating & cooling system with a sign on the wall that indicated could only cool in summer. Nothing about spring and when I tried to cool at night to sleep, the temperature went up to 90 degrees! Parking signage at night was a nightmare.
The pool was freezing cold, the room the pool was in was freezing, there was no hot tub, in our room there was a rust stain leaking from the ceiling and draining down the wall staining the tub.

The parking was inconvenient. We had to park across the street from hotel and there was no good notification of this.

Poor parking situation, no signage off if street for temporary "unloading" area due to construction. We had to lug everything across the street with no luggage cart available. Asked for a close room to friends and was given a room 9 floors above them when the room next door was empty. They went and complained so we got the room in the end, but why was request blatantly ignored? Young gal checking us in was very rude, however the guy that fixed her err or was very understanding. There was a big wrestling tournament going on while there which is fine, but we booked for a pool and our kids were unable to swim when they were free because it was closed. It was open Friday night when we were busy, but was told Saturday they didn't clean it, so they didn't open it. Definitely didn't get the service we paid for.

First, not sure why the hotel parking lot and garbage were closed. We had to park across the street from the hotel, in the Mercy One Hospital parking lot. We wouldn't mind the walk if it weren't below zero and we didn't have to carry our belongings.
Secondly, the room walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbor from the top, left, and right. If you want a quiet night's sleep, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they tear down those thin walls. It was just terrible.
Third, breakfast was not included, which was another disappointment. $27 and more for two people for breakfast. At that point, we would rather go somewhere else for a cheaper or better breakfast.
Lastly, the staff was nice, and so was the lady working at the hotel bar. Overall, we wouldn't stay there again.

Staff were excellent. Parking lot was closed for construction with no convenient access. Not aware of this prior to booking. No AC capability in winter time, apparently. Room and hallways were too warm for my comfort.
I was in a non-smoking room yet woke up to cigarette smoke permeating the room and especially the bathroom. When I told the front desk, they did not react and didn’t offer any kind of discount. I sent a message to the hotel afterwards and never got a response.

Hotel was good option for walking to Casey Center for Paul McCartney concert. Lobby was filled with concert goers end of evening, and it took hotel over 30 minutes to open stairwell. People were piled up in lobby, security was nowhere to be found, and front desk didn't have keys to open stairwell. People were tired, had to use bathroom, etc, and it took too long to accommodate the guests needs.

The manager was rude and the hotel had working AC’s but did not want to turn it on. The rooms were hot and 88 degrees. Horrible horrible service!!! Would not recommend.
It was a nice motel, the parking was undergoing construction. So by the time we got our things packed up into the car, we didn't have time or the desire to walk back in for breakfast. Not the motels fault.
Check in was fine and the front staff was friendly. The room was clean but the air didn't work in the room and the room was very hot. The staff recommended opening the window to help cool the room which helped but the traffic from the highway was extremely loud. If you plan to stay here, bring your own fan. Also, the parking lot is closed due to structural hazard (for over a year) and you have to park a half-block away.

Disappointed
Where do I start. Let’s start with parking. There was no onsite parking during a huge wrestling tournament and with that amount of people at the hotel there was maybe 40 spots and once you left it was a gamble getting back in. After that it’s just little things like being there for 3 nights and never seeing housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk for plastic cups, fresh towels and more toilet paper. Also had to take out my own trash twice. Rooms were very warm as the a/c wasn’t running and the window opens about a inch so the room was just stale air. Surprisingly quiet even with a ton of families there so that was a positive. Another thing that was just more of a disappointment was the hours of the onsite restaurant for dinner, 3 hours is a very short window to offer dinner.
The biggest thing was the breakfast buffet. Yougurts were just sitting on hotel pans with no ice, bottles of water and milk in hotel pans with no ice. The hotel pans of eggs, meats and potatoes were just loosely covered with foil. It was just un professional looking.
For starters, the staff at the front desk didn’t even stand up when we walked in. Our room had no air conditioning. The “limited service” didn’t even include making beds. The parking lot was blocked off so there was not a drive up location to unload luggage.
