I use the Hilton Garden Inn Des Moines Airport every time I come to Des Moines, and I always have a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel like you truly matter as a guest. I especially want to recognize Charlotte at the front desk. She was always courteous, had a smile on her face, and made a point to greet me whenever I came through the door. Her friendliness and genuine hospitality really stood out and made my stays even more enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Austin, the waiter at Johnny’s Steakhouse. He provided excellent service and was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel welcome every time I stay. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Des Moines Airport and look forward to returning on my next trip to Des Moines!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Des Moines Airport. The facility and our room was clean. The staff was friendly throughout our stay and a shuttle was provided to and from the airport which made it even more convenient. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Iowa.

Seemed very clean and the staff was friendly. One thing I didn't like was that doors to the laundry and housekeeping were kept open. Also, although there is a restaurant on site (Johnny's) but it is not very good and in fact the breakfast buffet is really bad. Everything off the Sysco truck. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for food. Although it's not necessarily the fault of the hotel, we chose it because we like having a restaurant on site but if we stay again we won't eat there.

We've stayed here a couple times now to be close to the airport and it's been nice every time. Very convenient, the hotel is nice, staff friendly. The adjoining restaurant is great. Will keep returning.
