We were in the area for a concert at the Casey's center. Nice walk, hotel was very clean, friendly staff and a very neat vibe. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Holiday Inn Downtown - Mercy Area by IHG
It was an event night at yhe Casey Center. We arrived promptly at 3pm. We sre do glad we did because the parking lot for the hotel filled fast. Having talked eith guests who stayed in 2025. Comfort Inn & Suites Event Center
Parking was great & even happier that it was free to park! Breakfast was ok, typical breakfast but nothing fancy. However it was nice that it was included. Room was fabulous!

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Des Moines Downtown
This is the perfect location if you’re planning to attend anything at the Casey’s Center. Bar and outdoor patio were perfect for after the concert. Only downside is the beds were awful, hard as a rock.
