"The hotel is very old and has had an upgrade. The views of the lake are beautiful. The hotel is outside of Watkins Glen on the highway. Sadly our television did not work when we arrived and could not be fixed. We were given the option of changing rooms and then found out the room had not been serviced. We were in a suite with a kitchen but no implements, glassware, crockery etc at all in the kitchen and no tissues."

"Room was clean and cozy. Parked right in front of my door the driveway up was sharp turn onto a steep hill which thankfully I had my suv my regular car definitely would’ve struggled. Staff was helpful with advice for around the area"
