Great that parking was close/onsite even if expensive Kept asking for a passport to complete check in instead of offering an option for driving licence. Digitalisation too fast. Older people would feel confused and their experience would have been poor. Let’s no discriminate and leave older people outside society while we focus on “inclusion “ "

"Check-in was quick. Need to use your room card to go in the lift on the ground floor. Room was clean, bathroom small but ok. Tea and coffee in room-no biscuits as I usually get in other hotels. Didn't have breakfast this time but it has been fine on previous visits"
