"The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel as a whole was charming and the steamboat branding is consistent throughout, very unusual, a step above the usual rather sterile modern hotel. The breakfast was delicious but……and especially in the middle of Amish country, please reconsider and bring back scrapple as a meat option on your breakfast menu!"

"My kids loved the hotel! Just wish they followed the schedule 😩 they day we arrived the outdoor pool was closed even though it said it would be open until 8pm. The meet and greet was scheduled for certain times, & like 3 times my kids didn’t get to see the characters because we’d wait 15 minutes after the schedule time. Other then that staff is super friendly, perfect hotel for kids who love Cartoon Network!! "

"Room was very cool, brick walls and large windows. 5 - 10 minutes walk to bars or pubs. Amish village is 15 minute drive. Very polite staff and just authentic experience. Will come back again"

I was switched to a different room for the final two nights stay which was much quieter. The two hotel representatives that assisted me were caring, helpful and outstanding employees."
