I preregistered before we arrived but ended up going through the whole process again at the desk. Don’t offer preregistration if it won’t matter at check-in. If you need a no-frills overnight spot, this place is ok. If you’re staying more than a couple of nights, you may want to consider someplace else.

We forgot a book in the room on the Bed, tried to call 1/2 hour later could not reach anyone. Called and pressed one for reservations got a hold of someone, that gave us the direct number for the Days Inn. We called several times that morning and later on, no one answered the phone. We stopped back at the Hotel to check around 2pm. They looked but said no they did not have it. This is not a case of maybe thinking we forgot the book, we both knew the book was left behind. All this Hotel had to do was answer the PHONE. What if this was medication or other lifesaving items? Answer the phone

I didn't like how the manager made me wait until 2:00p before I could check in, knowing I had to sleep in my car after working 12 hours and would have to wash & get dressed before I went back in at 5p. Then she told me to leave because she didn't want my services. She wanted to charge me $75 for incidental fee when I didn't have it after pre-paying for 5 nights to stay there. I've been staying at Days Inn hotels for 25 years and have never been treated this way by management. They lost my business.

Will not be staying here again

The bathroom smelled like urine. We reported it to the front desk. They apologized but did nothing. Didn't move us to another room or clean the bathroom. We were there Tuesday through Thursday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was unmanned for most of our stay.

I would really appreciate a refund on one room There was a broken tv in the room that’s they cam and looked at but never fixed. Didn’t tell the front desk and we sat there with nothing on for two days with kids. The hot water took 20 minutes to heat up and we were on a schedule as we there for tournaments. We booked two room and the other was completely fine.

Secured (2) rooms. One room the door didn't lock so another room was given.(Good) The rooms themselves were clean, quiet and the air conditioner worked well. They are updating their facility so they didn't have much for breakfast. (At least that was the reason for not having "breakfast" per their ad online). You could get de-caffeinated coffee or juice. :(

Stayed one night. Decent room. Was supposed to have 2 queen beds but there wasn’t any available so they upgraded us to one with a jacuzzi tub with no extra cost
