"Front desk while completely absent for at least 5 minutes,(not her fault), was so friendly and accommodating. She was obviously left at the front desk alone, but she did so good and helped out and was friendly and I really appreciated it."

I don’t love the newish trend of having to pay an additional parking fee per night when you are already paying to stay there. I understand paying for parking at an event or something, but I think this should be included in the price of the hotel stay. Otherwise woulda been 5 stars."
