"A trustworthy and clean space each time I've stayed, 2 times now at the Joplin Inn, once in the harbor north cabins. I prefer the inn as it's convenient and right off the highway. They also offer an area in the back to wash any crystals that you might mine. 😊"

"We love that the property is clean and peaceful and the folks are friendly. The coffee is fresh every morning and amazing! We come at least once a year. What we didn’t like was discovering there is a charge for plate sharing at the restaurant!!! I did not even know that was a thing! And if you plan on getting anything to go, be prepared to be charged for every plate a service charge. Other than that, I absolutely love this place! And we will be back!"

"The beds were OK comfort wise and the bedding seemed clean. I turned the ac down a bit but was still hot much of the night. The shower was dark a there wasn't a light positioned to shine into it. None of the email correspondence told me what room number nor where the rooms were located. We were arriving late so regular check in wasn't available. We called and let the property manager know we'd be late but we weren't informed that our room wasn't near where the address on the emails would send...

"It’s pretty and looks just like the picture. The only change is make is for the beds to be softer. If you like a firm bed you will love it I just prefer a softer mattress "

"The room was a corner room on 13th floor great room great view they did everything we asked and more
Bridget at front desk was great did great job getting us checked in and getting help for luggage and parking for our three days there
One little hiccup ginger a bar server was rude to one of the people sitting with us sat night outside in the bar area just wanted you to know a great place to stay as everything was within walking distance and if not shuttle could take us and pick us up we would stay there again

"This is the cutest place I’ve ever stayed. We were looking to stay in downtown hot springs & found this place. It feels like you’re alone in the wildnesses in a cozy cabin. The room was clean & new. The bed was so comfortable & the sheets felt so clean. There was a kitchenette & AC with a fan. The private hot tub was delightful. We regret not staying here more than one night because it was so nice! It’s about 10 mins from downtown hot springs. The driveway was spacious & we were able to park our trailer as well. "
"We loved our cabin overlooking the lake. It was the perfect quick getaway for my husband's birthday. He enjoyed the surprise snacks! We felt very safe here and it was so peaceful watching the sunrise from our deck in the morning. The cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed. We will definitely be recommending Echo Canyon cabins to others. God bless the staff and workers here that keep the place nice and tidy for others to enjoy. "

"It was clean and a beautiful property. Breakfast was confusing as it wasn’t clearly marked, but the food was fantastic. All of the people we met were very friendly and helpful.
The only feedback I would suggest is to let people know that they will be waiting until 4 pm to check in. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in because we were told to have a seat and we would be told when our rooms were ready. It was 3 hours later and several of us asked. We got checked in around 4:30 pm after wasting a whole day of vacation. "
