Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!

The location is amazing but the staff made this stay exceptional during an event stay we had booked. Not just the front desk, the bellman was great, every one of the housekeeping staff engaged our party and was so welcoming and even the porter was friendly. Hotel Hot Springs does hospitality right.

Wonderful will stay again! Got a great rate there’s a restaurant and bar and you get 1 free drink with your stay. I hear the fries are fantastic. View is good as well and you can get free parking or pay to be in a garage. They have a shuttle that will take you to town but I walked
