"This hotel is a little old and tired, but well maintained. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was too puffy and my neck hurt in the morning. The view is fabulous and very convenient to restaurants and downtown Victoria. Also an easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. I wasn’t overly impressed with the breakfast in the morning. I got the omelet and the cheese was like the Kraft cheese slices."

"Exceptional service from the front desk. (Welcoming, plugged in our car to charge unprompted). Lots of space in our room. Close to everything. Aging property meant great value."

"We loved our week in The Marina Suite…the staff were so friendly & our suite was sparkling clean everyday! The location is the best in Victoria. Walking Dallas Road or Esqualmait trails is right out our door. Shopping is fab & the culinary scene is a 10! We will be back! L & J"

"It’s a good property to stay near parliament building and inner harbor. I just want room having a view of parliament building but they didn’t have that time rest breakfast is good and property is also well maintained"

Every staff member is so helpful and accommodating, they really do bend over backwards to make your stay amazing. The restaurant is great too, and the servers are wonderful.
