"Everything was exceptional. Except for the pool which was disappointing. Needs more umbrellas for shade and snacks and bar service. "

"If you are tired and want to check in at 3 pm, it is not going to happen. It was almost 6 pm when I arrived and the room was going to take another hour before it was ready. The desk clerk did not offer any solutions so I asked if I down grade are those rooms available? She said yes so I accepted the room. After settling in I looked at my receipt. I was charged the same price as the original bigger room. I called to the desk to ask about the price. I was told the hotel can upgrade me but not down grade me because of the third party booking."

"Room was clean and updated. Full refrigerator and a microwave made our stay easier. Signs of ongoing renovations, but never affected our stay. Breakfast was great, loved the location, not so much the parking, especially late nights. Cocktail hours seemed fun , but we never had the time to partake. Guests were quiet, respectful and kind."

"There three days and no room service. With the price we paid, I expect clean towels daily. I was charged for a bottle of water and found out about it after we checked out. Took a lot of phones call to finally get the front desk to dispute the charge. Not the best process."

"My sec time vacation for my bday in Opal resort . Booked last min.however ,the Hotel restaurant " Drift " bartender not nice .We had dinner at bar not even once bartender greeting . No service . no water for us.very mean . ruined my bday . $5300 flight with 3 nites hotel are not worth it this time. Won't go back again "

"Did not care for the food. the carpet was awful in the bedroom, it’s crunchy ! Had do not disturb and they knocked and opened my door in the morning while I was still in bed. Personally I won’t stay again. "
