"Not sure why there are some negative reviews, we had an excellent stay. We stayed in a deluxe studio, and it was great. Very modern, everything we needed and more, comfy and huge bed, lovely bathroom, staff were very friendly, it was very quiet and nice and clean. This hotel deserves more than it's current rating of "Good""

"Great location, plenty of food options around, near to metro stop. Carpark in hotel, although it is quite tight space. Our daughter has a separate section for her sibgle bed with tv , which she loved. "

"Bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet. Road works outside the hotel and lift renovation in the hotel does affect accessibility to the tram stop and it takes longer than usual to get to your floor level. Front desk staff were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel. "
