Great reception, room was nice and clean when I first entered, plugs were a little exposed but that wasn’t a problem and the breakfast was always there and ready. Would recommend for any length of stay.
Had a great stay! Room was large and very clean and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. Sally want above and beyond in helping me and making me feel welcome!
The ability to laundry, the free parking opportunity. In addition, friendly staff. I will readily book this property, even if i have to be at a distance in the country.

Liked: Cleanliness
I quite liked my stay at the property. Although quite dated the beds were nice and comfy
The suite itself was spacious and had several great features: a good coffee machine, a large soaker tub, big windows with effective light-blocking curtains, strong heating and air conditioning, and good overall lighting.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively impacted the stay. The bed was not very comfortable, and the sheets were noticeably rough and “loud,” making them unpleasant to sleep on. Cleanliness was also a concern, as there was hair from a previous guest tangled around the shower hose and visible dirty fingerprints on doors.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the front desk service—specifically from Maxim. We initially had trouble operating the room safe. While he attempted to help over the phone, after continued issues he simply told us that they had many different types of safes and that we would have to figure it out ourselves, rather than offering assistance.
On another occasion, I asked where I could get ice cubes. He told me I needed to go upstairs to the restaurant and request some there. When I spoke with the restaurant staff, they said they had no ice and seemed confused as to why I had been sent there. After returning to my room, I called the front desk again to ask where I could actually find ice, and Maxim responded rudely: “Maybe you can find them in America.”
I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed. The poor service alone would prevent me from recommending.
Comfortable and convenient, large parking area, pretty close to Delft.

The room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. We found a quaterly-filled beer bottle in the wardrobe on our first night and on our last night, we discovered a brown stain on the part of the duvet at the end of the bed. It's hard to believe that housekeeping did not notice it while changing the duvet covers. We reported it to the front desk and they apologised. They gave us a single duvet and sheet to make do for the night.
Also, most of their towels are so worn-out/thin which I believe should be retired. Management should pay attention to housekeeping and the cleanliness of the rooms.
Aside that, their breakfast is very good and healthy. The staff are very helpful and friendly; commendable.
They've also got lots of free parking.

Breakfast was expensive. Would have liked gym or pool. Free parking nice! Bathrooms clean and nice. Large rooms. Was noisy during night with loud guests, but frontdesk did not ask for silence. Location ok

Nice hotel with good facilities. Big room, good beds etc.
Only thing I don't like is that you need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.
Booked the hotel for an overnight stay to break the journey after the crossing to Hoek Van Holland. A typical modern hotel, comfortable, but somewhat impersonal. The restaurant was closed for renovation, but we had ample warning of this fact beforehand. However, breakfast was served, and was ample and tasty.
The only criticism is that it took three attempts to convince the hotel receptionists that we had paid for breakfast. The payment had been overlooked by the hotel's admin. However, everything was sorted in the end.
Positive things: Big, nice and comfortable room with capsule coffee machine, water kettle, etc. The room gets tidy up every day. Customer service was good and friendly. Free parking!
Negative things: It was dusty on the top of the bed’s headboard and under the table was also dirty. We stayed at the fifth floor, and the the corridor / hallway has a kind of old carpet unpleasant smell.
Good clean and tidy hotel. Stayed for 7 nights Bar was never open during this period. Inhouse Chinese Restaurant offers good food at a slightly inflated cost. 30 min walk to Delft center.
I always stay at this hotel when I visit southern Holland. According to its price it's perfect. Very clean, fast and polite service. All amenities are available. Rooms are very big, warm and comfortable. Just one criticism. No hanger for hand towels, so it's nothing. Best choice!!!
Close to the Centre of Delft it was certainly convenient to walk there via the cycleway/walkway. Also very close to Delftse Hout where I went running.
My room was excellent, A very comfortable King Bed, and great bathroom. Large TV, good internet connection - In short all a traveller could want. Free parking and restaurant (I didn't use) onsite. A bit pricey but good for Holland. Definite recommendation.
The room is old and not very clean. The walls are not sound proof at all. We could hear people talking in their room next to us. What's worse, on the second night, the people in the room next to us had party and played loud music for the entire night. We could barely sleep.
Nice hotel, unfortuanately bad service. They started work with drills, hammering and sanding at 07.00 o'clock on saturday morning! At check in the girl made a mistake to tell us we already paid. I book a lot of hotels so I dont always know if I already paid or not. As soon as we were on the room she called us to tell about the misstake. We told her we would come down to pay because we were leaving somewhere in 30 minutes. She started hammering on our door after 20 minutes and threatening she should warn the manager if we did not pay immediately. Accusing us of being criminals or so. They have yet to learn a lot about customer services.
