"Customer service people in the front were amazing, my room was great.Only problem was I found hair in the shower and poop.Smeared on the wall. The cleaning ladies started knocking on my door at 10am asked them for more time came back fifteen minutes later knocked again.So we just rushed to leave to check out, But check out was at 11. The pool was beautiful, but dang was a COLD. but overall it was great."

"I am traveling with my daughter and her fur baby. Asked for a room on the bottom floor as I am unable to walk up stairs. I was given a complete handicap room. It was dirty. The was a man under the influence of drugs hanging out on the upstairs floor. Made us feel very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone"

"Rooms where half done. Tile grout in shower was done halfway and not done correctly. Numbers sequence was off, all over the place going from 178 to 198 and back to 180. Had me going around property several times around the whole property to find the right room. Room doors where damage and broken in this hotel was a disgrace and a big problem"

"Pictures on expedia are not the actual pictures on hotel and by the time you get there they wont give you money back…compare your picture on expedia with the ones i took thanks …ruben guzman 310 946 9517 i would appreciate my refund if possible"

"It was convenient to the airport, but it was not a nice stay. Couldnt get our door open, there were no pillowcases, and the sheets did not smell clean. The guy working was wonderful and tried his best to make it right but it was too far gone."
