"friendly staff specifically Raichelle, she was very helpful and professional. only 2 things that i didn’t like. 1- rooms furniture are old 2- the outside cafe where the band is playing. service is too slow, you may wait long time for someone to take your order"

"The hotel is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. The pools are all nice, and the room was magnificent. However, when we arrived for check in our room was not ready and they took two extra hours and kept us waiting. Then, they still rushed us out the next day and didn’t give us much extra time despite the fact that they got us the room late because they overbooked. The hotel itself is lovely but very disappointed in the disorganization and being rushed out."
