Pool is not heated forever now, so it’s 80 out and not a soul in pool. The Shores Resort & Spa
The room was clean, staff was extremely friendly at check in & valet. However, a staff member was very rude on the phone when I called down for room service. Our food took almost 2 hours to arrive after calling 3 more times.
