Only 1elevator that functions and we were on the 12th floor. Parking pass rarely works so in/outs from parking garage are extra time. Cement slab floor is cold and makes noise travel. Rooms were super clean and new. Beds and linens comfy. This hotel is all online-no front desk- keep in mind if you need anything.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Parking was easy.
We have 3 people and booked 3 rooms separately. This feedback was given on behalf of 2 others of us. The breakfast is great, and the staff here are nice. AC is loud during the night, but you can turn it off for a quiet sleep.
Overall was all right and clean. Great location for being at the DCC event.
Just a few things to consider:
- the building has poor insulation between rooms and also the exterior, very noisy.
- Only 1 elevator was functioning of the 3 and it was busy due to event at the DCC.
- Had to request soap and shampoo since the bottles in the shower were empty. Personal was very polite and quick to help when I complained.
- Breakfast was just scramble eggs, cereal bars and fruits. That isn’t a “continental breakfast”. No meat and no bread/ pastries/ waffles.
- No employees available in the breakfast area.
- free hot chocolate at the lobby was a pleasant surprise for a cold day.
This place is different...
No key cards. They use your Google wallet for the key.
Room was clean. The lack of carpet, and bare concrete floor may put some people off.
All in all, they place is very different, but quite good.
Everything was good except the bed pillows. This is the only reason I rate it lower on comfort. They are really thick hard foam and nearly impossible to sleep on. They need to switch to feather pillows. Breakfast was full serving - not just continental.
Parking safe and easy. Elevator was slow. Event at Dayton Convention Center made it easy with the covered waklway. Breakfast bacon was overly cooked. Other food options were excellent. We will be back!!

The most inconvenient hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in is through a kiosk, parking is across the street (you have to take two skyways to walk from parking garage to hotel), everything is done via QR codes (parking, hotel entrance, room key). Currently under renovation, and my room was renovated, but still extremely basic (especially for the price). Not even a desk or computer chair to sit at for work. Location is decent but you will have to drive 5-10 minutes for something as simple as a water or snacks. I will say the staff was kind and friendly. However - I will never be staying here again.
There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. She helped me with everything and was very kind so when I’m giving a five star rating to the staff, it’s strictly for her. There were no other staff in the building that I interacted with. It was the strangest hotel I’ve ever been to, but we were thankful We had a place to stay And that she made it pleasant for us
The hotel was self serve. I was sent a QR code for the outside door and my room key as well as the parking garage. It was supposed to come in a txt but I ended up have to search my email for the code. It was sent after we had already paid for the parking garage. It took the room scanner a few tries before it would actually scan.
We never had to interact with the staff.
Concrete floors in room. Seemed clean but dated. Made reservation for two nights both at the same rate 209 plus tax each night. Revised reservation to one night and the rate changed to 279 plus taxes. Doesn’t seem right when they advertise heat you can change or cancel up until 6pm the day prior to arrival. Also told me I could park in the small 15 minute parking lot even though I was staying till the following day I asked them twice on Friday evening when I checked in and also twice Saturday morning to confirm that it was OK for me to park in that lot because it stated 15 minute parking only they assured me every time I asked that it was OK. The security guard knew it was good. I came back later in the day to my car to leave, and there was a tag on my car, threatening to take my car because it was parked in an area for temporary parking. Overall, this hotel was OK as far as amenities. It seemed pretty clean, but definitely overpriced for the hotel.
