Upon entering the room initially, all looked well until we used the bathroom. Someone had pooped in the toilet, flushed it, but there was still leftover poop at the bottom. I didn't say anything at first thinking that would be the only issue and just wanted to move on. Next morning went to breakfast around 7:30 am. Both the eggs and sausage were completely out (hotel was pretty crowded). When you know the hotel is full, those should never go empty - continually cook to keep things replenished. The cook filled the eggs and I asked about the sausage... "give me 7 minutes" he said (it had already been 15 minutes empty). We did not have time to wait as we had a meeting to get to. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, nice TV in room. They just really need to get it together in the breakfast area, continually keeping it replenished. If you say you offer a hot breakfast, then keep it filled.
