Website says "Free breakfast." What a joke! A mini-chocolate chip muffin and watery orange juice. Property pretty banged up. Told myself "no more" after last stay; gave it another chance. Going back to "NO stay!"

Not a good experience

There were hairs in the sheets, bathtub has a very slow drain and breakfast is only cold coffee, a stale apple and orange juice and a decent muffin.

There were people above us running back and forth all night kept my husbandcawake all night we did the get away after his heart surgery to relax a little need l ess to say he did not and the night staff did nothing

The workers were very kind! The pool seemed clean! However, the rooms weren't up to Parr at all. Dirty stained pillow cases, dirt on the bathroom door and the room door. Not impressed at all with the room. But clean pool and friendly staff was a plus! This hotel doesnt look like the pictures

Dirty with an odor

Very dirty with a bad odor. We would have left but there was no other hotels in the area available and we were exhausted. There was dark long hair strands on the floor and towels. The air conditioner never shut off, the floor was tacky in the room, the tub was disgusting. We used a towel to go over the entire floor to clean it. The door handle was broken and was difficult to get in the room. Would not recommend staying here!!!

Although the rooms are clean. Our room had burn marks in our blankets and lampshades missing. Our bathroom door had been kicked in at some point as there was a large visible hole in it. Even though the hotel advertises breakfast there was NO breakfast. A HUGE disappointment hen your counting on that as part of your day.

Very dilapidated, dirty, room was ~80 degrees when we checked in, took a full 6 hours to cool to bearable temperature. Bathroom door had 3 inch gap at top and bottom, handle barely latched. Hallways smelled like dirty kitty litter. "Breakfast" is a complete falsehood, nothing on one morning, a couple of muffins the next. This is a completely disgusting hotel.

Ok but needs improvements

My trup was a quick trip to visit family. I knew i wouldnt be in my room a lot so let's start with that. My room was ok. Ibhad to put something over the pillows because they didnt look very clean. The toilet had something on the seat, maybe a spill but it didn't help i was turn off by that. The towels, i should've brought my own. The tv didn't have many channels. The room didn't have a do not disturb sign as to where i didn't want anyone coming in to clean/ turndown. The customer service was very good though. I would say improve a few things and it'll be a good hotel. It's convince to alot of things....walmart, restaurants and that sort.

So we spent the day at Kings Island & needed a place to sleep. This was satisfactory for that but Expedia is a joke. Thank goodness I used my $50 credit from the last time they screwed me & overbooked the hotel I was SUPPOSED to stay at. This time I chose this hotel due to location and BREAKFAST. Guess what? Yep, no breakfast. What’s funny is the front desk told me last night breakfast was from 6-9am. We go down in the morning & she says they don’t serve breakfast! I guess part of that is a language barrier (they are Pakistani or something & we are not) but Expedia COME ON! This is so annoying & frustrating & affects my travel plans this morning. Won’t be using this site anymore after all this nonsense & screw ups which is also disappointing because I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 20 yrs.
