"We had a comfortable nights sleep.l and breakfast was okay. The hotel is run down and needs a revamp, both in the rooms and outside. Good location and plenty of parking."

Rooms were nice and spacious could just do with a fresh up and a deep clean, eye level was clean and so we're the beds it was just a little cobwebby and windows could do with a lick of paint."
"A classic Victorian hotel, which is well maintained in the public areas but the rooms are basic and tired. It is not an expensive hotel and there is parking on site, so I have no complaints. If the hotel car park is full, there is a large car park opposite. The hotel is directly opposite Exeter Central rail station and close to town with plenty of dining options."
"Great rooms, all new and well equipped. Would have been good to know where to go for breakfast etc upon check in as I had to ask the following day. Great location for the M5."
"We had a weekend away and enjoyed our room with a sea view. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Parking was difficult one night as they had a private function on who took all of the spaces. Staff were always helpful and we would stay again."
