"We were a little leery- usually stick to large chains when we aren’t sure, but have been trying out smaller boutique locations. We were pleasantly surprised- very cute and clean. We love renovated places and this was a good one. "

"Our room had no air conditioning. They refused to move us and insisted that they could fix it. We had an over tired crying baby that finally convinced them to move us. We weee moved into 3 rooms before one had a working air conditioning. There were also key issues. My keys had to be rekeyed 4 times in a 2 day stay. When I told the front desk they asked for no verification and just rekeyed the keys. So anyone could ha accessed our room. The property was falling apart and not clean. The morning breakfast was awful. The pool was nice, but towels were hard to come by. "

"Easily mixed up with another Hyatt Place Cruise port. Shuttle from the airport is an extra fee. Shuttle to the cruise port is an extra fee as well. "
