"The property was clean and had two great restaurants on location, staff were friendly and helpful and check out was simple. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed. The location is perfect to access any of the city’s many sights and shops and lots to do within walking distance. Transportation was very accessible. Understanding it’s an older building, the elevators were a slight issue. Only had two available for each tower they were small and patience is required. "
"didn't like. The area was fantastic literally 5 min walk from the water front, restaurants within walking distance. The facilities within the hotel were fantastic, it was my husband's birthday and the hotel sent up a complimentary cake up to the room while we were out. The gym and the spa were exceptional, the only thing I wish is that they had a swimming pool or sauna. The sauna was in the spa ans there was a hot tub area on the roof top lounge. Overall a fantastic stay, the staff at the front desk, conceirge and house keeping were all fantastic and went above and beyond, special shout out to Andres at the front desk. "
"Staff were very friendly. They did a lot to make us welcome. There was a mishap due to fire nearby, power was cut off, so it got hot in the room with no A/C, but that was outside of their control. They did what they could to help during the process. Room was pretty good, but shower is poor design. Water leaks through a gap onto the floor."
Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver, Ascend Hotel Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Grand Park was an older hotel downtown that was super convenient and adjacent to an area with a lot of great dining options. Front desk staff was very helpful and it was a 10 minute Uber to Roger's arena and 25 minute safe walk back after the show. "
