"This is a lovely hotel, offering parking at a nearby car park for £8 per day, and only a 5 minute walk to the ferries to Greenways, a cruise along the River Dart and the Devon Steam Railway. The staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming on arrival. The rooms are clean and spacious, with unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits. The beds are comfy and also there are good hot showers. We had a meal there on our first evening and it was excellent - freshly cooked, local ingredients. The breakfasts each morning were superb - a great choice, table service and everything that you could want was provided. We recommend this hotel highly and will stay there again on our return to Dartmouth. "

"Had a really comfortable stay, chalet was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Location was perfect for getting about every where we wanted and Dartmouth harbour was 7 mins away in the car. My only criticism and it’s not really of any concern is that the outside lacks curb appeal and gives you a wrong first impression as the inside is fine for what it is."

"Beds in both rooms are small. Double bed only 3/4. Twin beds not suitable for taller adults. Only ok for children or shorter adults."
