"I recently stayed at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour and had an excellent experience from check-in to checkout. The entire team was efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome throughout the stay. Our room was perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service was outstanding, and the quality of the meals was exceptional. The hotel’s location is also ideal, with easy access to Darling Harbour and surrounding attractions. A special mention to the filtered water stations located in the guest sitting areas near the elevators. This is a fantastic idea, very convenient for guests, and a great environmentally friendly initiative. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service, quality facilities, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend PARKROYAL Darling Harbour and look forward to staying again."
