Disliked: Staff & service
It started at the gate, the Knight Support guard has to be informed about guests. The booking was not seen by the person (Mohamed) in charge that night so room n keys were not ready. Because we had a child sympathy was shown thanks to Mo.
Stayed 5 nights in Apr 2019
