"We absolutely LOVED this place! Amazing and attentive staff, beautiful views from the awesome pool, food everywhere was delicious (especially the Geneva Chophouse), rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel special. Kaitlin at the reception desk checked us in and she was so friendly and helpful. Greg at the pool bar was also wonderful. Brian was our waiter at the Chophouse and he was very personable and answered all of our questions. The piano entertainment each evening in the lobby was great, particularly the man who played Thursday evening 8/7 - I didn’t get his name but he was phenomenal! When we had a small problem with our key, Brandon from security came to help us and for our trouble he even gave us vouchers for free drinks and ice cream. From the moment we stepped into the lobby and were greeted with complimentary champagne, to the time we sadly stepped out of the hotel to go home, we enjoyed every minute of our time at Grand Geneva Resort!"
"The Mill Creek Hotel is not your run of the mill (pun intended :) ) hotel. The lobby has a lot of personal and hometown stuff in it that is very welcoming. Rooms are huge and fantastic! The room decorations were a bit odd for my taste, plastic flowers in the kitchen and all the fake roses in the bedroom... it was a little over the top. Parking ais a bit odd, its under the building and you need a key card to get to the elevator. We were lucky that someone was coming out as we were going in, lol. The location cannot be beat. You're right in the middle of town. Perfect! We loved the Mill Creek Inn!"
"While this is an older hotel, we have got a very nice, clean room, with a great view of a green and calming backyard from the balcony where there were 2 chairs. The room had a laminate floors, TV, small fridge, microwave, a table with 2 chairs and a nightstand next to bed. The beds were in a very good condition and clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating to anything we asked. We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel that is located also very close to the center of Lake Geneva city. There was plenty of free parking outside of hotel."

"The accommodations were more like a stylish one-bedroom apartment than a hotel room. Soaker tub off of the bedroom and spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom were wonderful. It’s possible to bring food from home and cook at the apartment if you’d like, but there are many restaurants nearby, too, and at the resort. Downtown Lake Geneva and Riviera Beach are about a 10-minute drive away. We also had access to the indoor pool at Grand Geneva Resort, which was large and enjoyable. We are very likely to return."

The welcoming snacks were very nice as well.
Only thing would be the couch wasn’t the most comfortable. But we were not their long enough to bother us."
