"I made a reservation for March 5, 2025, and arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM after a long and exhausting journey with my family from Colombo. The road conditions were extremely poor, and the location is very remote, making the trip even more difficult.
Upon arrival, there was no welcome or assistance. When I informed the staff that I had a reservation, I was told there was no booking under my name. I showed my reservation number to the property manager, yet they still insisted that no reservation existed.
By this time, it was already dark, and we were unfamiliar with the area. We were left without a place to stay, with no support or solution offered by the hotel staff. We had to carry our luggage back to the car and leave, completely exhausted and distressed. No apology or assistance was provided.
This was one of the worst and most upsetting experiences I have ever faced."
