It was okay for the price

The property was okay. It is NOT as advertised. The rooms in the pictures are show rooms, not actual pics of the location. There was no separate sitting area and the kitchen was very simple. I didn’t mind it for the price. I was there for some training so I only was there to sleep. Staff was very nice at check in. Check in is Not at 11 though. Lol

Pictures on websites shows the good room. They showed me a run down room first to check first. I had to upgrade for $50 more on a better remodeled room which was better. Unit has fridge, microwave, stove. I stayed for a week.

They cancelled my stay without informing me and closed their office early. I found out when I showed up to check in after flying to Dallas. After calling the courtesy number and being informed that it was closed and I couldn't check in at 4pm, I was left without a place to stay in a city I had never been to before. I had to scramble to find another place. I will not attempt to stay in any of this company's places again.

In need of better communication

I drove through three states, over 1000 miles. To get to this hotel location and to go inside to The front desk Just for management to tell me that they didn’t have any rooms available. No one called me or emailed me before hand, or along my way down on the trip to let me know that there was no rooms. Very unprofessional left me scrambling to find a secondary location to say. I will never book there again.
