The parking is in the parking garage so there is a little walk to get to the hotel . Since it’s close to the street you do hear the cars passing by . Overall it was a good hotel to stay in .

Staff was great. Cleanliness not so much. Hall way carpets were dirty as could be and smelled horrible. In the room they used some scented deodorize that gave both my wife and I headaches. Bed was uncomfortable. Sunk in horribly and could feel every spring. Both wife and I woke up sore from the bed. Coach was stained and felt crusty. Gets three stars due to price that included parking, courtesy of the staff, and location. Get the place cleaned up and maybe new mattresses.

Electric window curtain in our room didn’t work which was inconvenient but overall the stay was great. Specifically, a gentleman named Eric who worked at the front desk was very helpful; he had excellent customer service. You should make sure you keep him around. We had to wait around for a couple hours in the lobby after we checked out and I also overheard his interactions with other people and he was excellent every time. It’s good people like Eric who determine whether a stay at a hotel is positive or negative. He made it positive,
