Floor makes your feet black, it’s just gross.. rust and poor paint conditions. Very outdated. Nice staff, the bedding was nice and clean, just wish it was more updated and make sure to wear shoes the whole time you’re up.

Hotel was very dated. We had issues with the smell. Someone was smoking marijuana and the entire hotel wreaked of it. The sinks and the faucets in the bathrooms are very disfunctional. The location is very close to UT Southwestern Hospitals.

This hotel is just a short drive from the UT Southwestern Medical Center. My spouse was having a procedure done there which required our overnight stay. We were able to get a good rest and have a good breakfast before going over to the hospital. We have stayed here a couple of times before and we’ve always had a restful stay. We recommend this location for all reasons, especially if you’re planning a trip to downtown Dallas.
