"Very convenient location to the main transportation hub with tons of shopping and food options. which can also be crazy crowded and packed with people. However, once you get the hang of it, it’s fairly easy to navigate. Hotel staff were all very nice, helpful, and professional. Would definitely stay here again."

"I was assigned to 2 rooms on the 7th floor and both rooms were very loud from the train passing every few minutes that it drove me crazy. Mind you, I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids for both ears. My 2nd room was for my kids and was a little further away, but they were not bothered since they have noise canceling earphones anyway. I had asked for another room away from the train and was kindly moved to the 30th floor on the same side of the building. I can still hear the train, but very subtle enough that it was not bothering me. Ask for a room away from the train side. Other than that, the hotel was nice and close to shopping and restaurants. I wouldn't say it was a full 5 stars as advertised, may be 4.5 stars. "

"Rooms are pretty small but it’s a very new hotel with modern design. Great value for the money and the location was about 10/15 walk to the Dotonbori District which was nice. The actual location wasn’t that scenic but it was next to a mall if that is useful. Great morning self serve coffee!"

"Everything was pretty self served. One downside every night usually there is a bit of a line up at the lobby to take the elevator back to the room. Also if you needed any type of luggage service in the morning better go early or else there is also a big lineup to get helped."

"This hotel and staff are exceptional. Arrive to check in and there are multiple staff to help. There is a cart with cleansers, hair brushes, shavers etc if you have forgotten anything. Check in is smooth, room is clean, quiet and spacious. Family Mart and Lawson right across the road, 5 minute walk to Osaka Station and the Metro. On check out, they have a luggage delivery service to the next hotel which I would highly recommend. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. "
