"看到網路上評分極高才訂的，但很失望．此次給分恐怕要降低整體評分了． 1.櫃檯沒有人，有事找老闆只能打手機． 2.電視沒有訊號，無論是切換到HDMI1，HDMI2，有線電視或無線電視都一樣． 3.網路龜速，只能用Line，連上網找資料都會掛點，更遑論使用Youtube了，原以為是該處的基地台問題，但我個人手機是可以觀賞Netflix的，只能切回自己手機的網路． 4.有附燒水壺，但電源線頭是三叉的，房內都是二孔插座，無法使用．後來發現有貼告示，只能到一樓飲水機取水，甚是不便．有生以來頭一次遇到這種情況． 5.房價看似有競爭力，但若綜合上述情形，CP值並不算高．"

"房間空間(四人房)大小適中，床及枕頭蠻好睡的，晚餐及早餐份量足夠。 房間沒有冷氣，只有電風扇，睡到半夜有點悶熱，二向推窗要打開，加上電風扇循環，房內空氣及溫度才會好一點，但要小心一些飛蛾類會從紗窗鑽進來(少數)。 從新竹市大約開車二個小時上來，但因為氣候不良，只看到一片白牆，真是可惜，真的感覺不值得拚這一趟。"

"wonderful art deco hotel 10 minutes walk or 5 in a taxi from the TRA station. rooms are species, stylish, with a large bed and great shower. the room includes a kettle and coffee machine. only minor downside is having to put you toilet paper in a very small open bin - understand that some old properties have an issuer but at least provide a large swing bin !"
