The B&B served a good breakfast at pre-arranged time at their breakfast area with only 4 tables (more than enough for their 9 group of guests), to avoid overcrowding. We happened to be the only group for breakfast for 8:00 am to enjoy our meal with nice view with tranquility.
The owner was so kind to drive us to the bus terminal saving us from the 20 mins walking with our luggage. ...

"Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. The hotel's breakfast was good and they offer free tea (they claim to be premium) and biscuits during the day until 6pm! Overall, we had a comfortable stay here and would rebook if we ever visit again!"
