La Siesta spa was great this stay was amazing from beginning till end. Clean rooms, amenities amazing and they stay restocking your room. I will definitely be staying here again. "Ba Na Hills itself is very beautiful. The room that we stayed at is the family suite in de Paris building. Room looks outdated but clean and smell good. It does have a french vibe inside. The only downside is the staff after checking out. As soon as we got our luggages from the front desk lady, no one guide us how to go down or where to go. We were walking around the place with our luggages looking for the cable car to use to go down. No one showed us where to go, whenever we ask the stuff they just point and said “go there”. Checking in was nice because they seem like they take care of you. But once toy check out, you’re basically on your own."
