Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We stayed in a 3 bedroom room versus the bungalow we were hoping for. Our expectations were not met even for a homestay lodging. It's quite far from the city so expect about 15 minutes car ride each way. Our room was just not tolerable. The blinds in the room were all dirty. Windows sill was dusty with all kinds of bugs that were afraid to open our windows. The bathroom blind was completely covered with mold and stain. Amenities were scarce even for a homestay. We were given exactly 4 towels for our family of 4 for a 3 nights stay with no hand or wash towels. We couldn't find any shampoo, conditioner or body wash for showering. When asked, the staff member said the hand wash soap was it. To their credit, they brought us shampoo and body wash afterwards. Again, our expectations were not high for a homestay but it was a such a terrible experience that we would not want any traveler to goes through what we did.
