We were greated by this sweet woman in the reception that made sure we had a great stay. The room we got was perfect, the breakfast was tasteful. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will be back next time in Dalat 😊

Friendly attentive staff. Well trained for a small hotel. Good breakfast, the girls never rushed you even when late. Rooms comfortable and with good space. My room had a private balcony. It would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony.

As soon as I arrive and checkout all the staff were exceptionally friendly, happy and very helpful with any questions i had. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and tiday. Bed was amazing. The breakfast included was delicious every morning out on the balcony as I listend to the birds singing. I didnt want to leave as Dalat is a beautiful town to stay in.

极其不推荐，照片都是骗人的，跟照片完全不一样，房间特别小，挤的转不开身，半夜很吵，而且很冷，早餐没什么可吃的，位置很偏，去城中心要打车跑很远，上当了，再不会到这种地方了！

Chúng tôi ở vào ngay mùa hoa anh đào. Từ nhà hàng ăn sáng của khách sạn có thể ngắm hoa anh đào và nhiều loại hoa khác rất tuyệt. Dalat cuối tuần hay kẹt xe, nên chúng tôi hoàn toàn hài lòng vì khách sạn này có chỗ đậu xe rộng rãi thoải mái, di chuyển đến các nơi tham quan rất thuận tiện. Lần sau chúng tôi sẽ vẫn chọn nơi dừng chân tuyệt vời này.

Staff were friendly, however minimal English did not help when raising concerns. You may be aware that Dalat in January has morning termperatures approaching only 10 degrees. Asked for a heater, as blankets supplied not sufficient. Heater PowerPoint or heater did not function. Morning Shower temp was Luke warm. Communicated concern a couple of times without change. Warmed up in the evening. Maybe solar? Wifi terribly slow. Only useful for minor data. Rom clean and nice breakfast included.

Hong Mon is about 2km from the city, but it is an easy 25min walk down the hill to the city centre - and a $2AUD cab ride back. It is only a 10min walk to the cable car which gives you access to Thien Vien Truc Lam. There are a couple of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, but nothing right there. It's in a quiet location, but I'm not sure if any hotel in Vietnam is actually quiet (room to room noise). Breakfast is fairly good. Staff English is hit and miss, and they will only deal with tour companies that they advertise. So if you would like them to help contact someone else that you have found, they won't.

Very Nice experience

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern, our room was basic but perfect for what we needed. We would recommend for anyone going to Dalat.

이불이 눅눅하다 날씨때문에 침대가 붙여서 킹침대라 중간에 아프다 결국은 싱글두개 위치가 애매하다 바이크이용시 별문제 없음 공항셔틀 이용시 호텔앞이 아니라 900미터 걸어서감 밤에 gps키고찾아감 조식은 평범하고 무난함 이금액에 밤에 추운데 히터가 없음 이불도 얇음 추워서 옷입고잠 직원들을 친절함

To be fair, we had just come from the Ana Mandara. It is a nice hotel, mostly comfortable, and close to the bus station. We will more than likely stay at this hotel again at least for one night or two, because it is convenient. The staff was very friendly, and nice views of the area.
