She is a gem and should be recognised for her sincere effort! Room, very spacious and purposefully designed with charging points and good amenities except no coffee/tea in the room. Location was away from the hustle bustle but walkable (20-25 minutes). "

"Hotel was in a great location, amenities in the room slightly dated and no free water in the fridges. Staff gave conflicting messages regarding departure and taxi advice. As it was Easter, very busy but found our own taxi 100 yards from hotel compared to the 10 minute walk advised. Hotel room was also rather hollow, could hear lots of noise from adjacent room/corridors. "

"My room was very spacious with a massive bed. A huge bathroom, telly and mini fridge. Which was kindly stocked with 2 waters. The location was amazing especially for semana Santa with the streets being so busy, it was still so central to get home. The pool was a highlight of the stay. However there aren’t enough brollys to beds. There should be 1 brolly per 2 bed, but guests just had to suck it up if they were all taken. and with a UV of 7 over my weekend this feels not only unfair but unsafe. The only other downside was being able to hear everything in the hallways. You should bring earplugs, otherwise you will be awoken by people coming home late at night, and early leavers. As well as the bathroom pipes being loud after every flush/sink use/shower. To note, the TV doesn’t allow for chrome cast. Overall a very satisfactory stay. Room for improvement, but not bad."

"Great Location. Room was perfect for observing the parade on Maundy Thursday. Only issue was with the washer dryer which broke in the middle of the wash and there was no other dryer available. Had a good time otherwise. "
