Only complaint was the overly intense essential oil smell in the lobby…so bad it was hard to walk through. But rooms smelled normal. Would stay here again, convenient to Universal Studios (driving)"

"If you are visiting Universal Studios, the free shuttle service is wonderful. It runs every 15-20 minutes. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Complaints are the bed, very uncomfortable. The shower has very low pressure. Self parking is $50 daily and Valet is $60 per day. No microwave in the room. I learned the day before our checkout that we could have rented the microwave for the room. "

"My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. Front desk, housekeepers, valet and food service were all great at their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We would defintely stay here again!"
