"They put us in small queen bed. I paid for king size bed. They finally moved us to king size bed room!!"

"Room was a little small and details were coming undone (decal on shower glass was peeling). Toiletries were unusable when we did receive them, but the hotel was nice, with great lobby, garden area and pool. We thought the pros outweighed the cons. Very walkable location with cafes and restaurants, theaters and shops close by. Had to request maid service and they were persistent, knocking on door beginning at 9:30 AM. However everyone was kind and attentive. Six night stay; would stay again."

"The staff was fabulous, the food good but the bed was like sleeping on a board-too hard. I requested a pillow top but it didn’t make a big difference. Didn’t sleep well a d woke up achy every morning. Maybe they should invest in some softer mattresses or sleep # or purple mattresses. The pillows leaves much to be desired too. "

"The room needs updating. Not enough electrical outlets, some didn't work. The lighting could be better. It was difficult to figure out how to turn lights on. The ambient light switch was all the way at the end behind a lamp between the second bed and the window. The switch by the door was useless and only lit a small portion. The bathroom didn't have enough spots to hang wet towels. Considering this is a room for a larger number of people, I'd expect the room to accommodate that number of people better. The fridge was leaking when we came in. The beds were comfortable, although I wish we could get a comforter for the sofa bed, not just blankets. The pool was a hit and the restaurant by the pool was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. All the staff was amazing and accommodating, even getting us a back area elevator ride when a special event was taking up the lobby elevators and the wait was very long. Very appreciative."

"If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with wonderful service and a nice restaurant and bar without being fancy and all hity-toity this is your place. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and we felt completely comfortable"

"Staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and had plenty of lighting in the room. The shower water pressure was excellent! I liked that there was a tub mat provided. I love bathrooms where the sink and mirror are outside of the toilet and shower area. So it was nice to be able to do our hair and makeup while others took showers. The location seems sketchy but it’s a pretty close drive to plenty of restaurants and the freeway. There was plenty of parking but the parking lot was extremely extremely tight. All spaces are pretty much compact car spaces. I tried parking in the gated area area but there are only 10 spaces or so. "

"BED BUGS - I do not want to leave this review, as I do not want to negatively impact a business This hotel has bed bugs. I sent 3 messages to the manager, with pictures of bites and did not receive any response. I need to look out for my fellow travelers. This is a highly rated hotel on hotel.com, and it is a good spot for the cost, but bed bugs + lack of management response means I will never go back."
