"We booked this property because it was advertised as a family-friendly hotel, but our experience was far from it. First, the room maintenance and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. The shower drain in our room was broken, leading to standing water, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and not properly maintained. More importantly, the atmosphere did not match the listing at all. There is a large population of permanent residents living at the hotel, and their behavior and presence made my family feel incredibly unsafe throughout our stay. This is absolutely not an environment suitable for families. Between the lack of basic cleanliness and the overall safety concerns, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone traveling with children"

"Accommodations were ideal. Location is perfect for access to restaurants and beach. A full size refrigerator and stovetop are a bonus! Love the tiki bar and pool area. Clean and well maintained. 👌 "
